While half our nation probably thinks Judgment Day has arrived after our elections this last week, believers know better. We know that the real Judgment Day is coming soon and none of us will escape. Yet none of us need to feel any fear. The times leading up to Jesus’ return will be dangerous and trying for those who follow Jesus. Yet we can stand firm and confident because our Savior reigns over all. He promises “not a hair of your head will perish.” Today we celebrate his promises and our future with him in heaven.
